PRACTICAL SERVICE LIMITS
The Work We Handle—and When a Specialist Is Needed
Basilscape focuses on practical landscaping and property-maintenance work that can be completed safely and effectively with our normal crew and equipment. Some specialized services require a qualified contractor or arborist, and availability is confirmed after the property and requested scope have been reviewed.
Clear service boundaries help us prepare realistic estimates and recommend the right next step for your property.
When requested work falls outside our normal service range, we will explain the limitation rather than include unsuitable work in the estimate.
Routine Trimming up to 14 Feet
Hedge, shrub, and routine pruning work is limited to areas safely reachable up to approximately 14 feet.
Arborist Work Above Normal Reach
Taller pruning, hazardous branches, and specialized tree work may require a qualified arborist.
No Large-Tree Removal
Basilscape does not provide large-tree removal, stump grinding, or other major arboricultural work.
Manual Garden-Bed Care
Garden-bed maintenance and weeding are completed manually when included in the approved scope. Chemical weed-control programs are not provided.
Irrigation Specialists
Irrigation-system installation, troubleshooting, and repair should be completed by a qualified irrigation contractor.
Work Outside Our Normal Scope
Pressure washing, snow removal, major excavation, and large hardscaping projects are outside Basilscape’s normal service offering.
