Perennials and Ornamental Grasses
Plant approved perennials and ornamental grasses to add seasonal interest, texture, colour, or improved coverage within suitable existing or newly prepared planting areas.
Small Ornamental Trees
Install smaller ornamental trees where the species, mature size, planting location, access, soil conditions, and installation requirements are suitable for the property and approved scope.
Replacement Planting
Replace selected dead, declining, unsuitable, or unwanted plants when removal, replacement species, planting conditions, and required preparation have been reviewed and approved.
Light Garden-Bed Preparation
Complete light preparation such as localized soil loosening, planting-hole preparation, small amounts of soil or planting medium when quoted, and minor surface tidying before approved plants are installed.
Plant Supply, Installation, and Cleanup
Supply and install approved plants and related materials when stated in the written estimate, then tidy the immediate work areas after planting. Availability, substitutions, delivery, and disposal requirements may affect the final scope.
Only the approved plants, planting areas, preparation work, materials, delivery arrangements, and cleanup or disposal tasks listed in the written estimate are included. Large-tree planting, major excavation, stump or extensive root removal, drainage construction, irrigation installation, retaining walls, hardscaping, and other specialized landscape work require separate review.

Planting is completed only in the areas included in the written estimate and where the work can be performed safely with suitable access for workers, plants, soil, tools, and other approved materials.
Plant Selection Depends on Site Conditions
Plant suitability depends on sunlight, shade, moisture, drainage, soil conditions, available space, mature plant size, spacing, and surrounding property features. Not every requested plant is appropriate for every location.
Plant Availability and Substitutions
Plant sizes, varieties, and quantities depend on seasonal and supplier availability. If an approved plant is unavailable, any proposed substitution or material change must be reviewed before installation.
Plant Establishment Depends on Aftercare
Newly installed plants require appropriate watering and ongoing care. Establishment may be affected by heat, drought, excessive moisture, pests, wildlife, soil conditions, and other factors after installation. No Large-Tree or Major Construction Work
Standard planting service does not include large-tree installation, major excavation, stump grinding, extensive root removal, retaining walls, paving, drainage construction, irrigation installation, electrical work, or other specialized landscape construction.
Additional Preparation and Materials Must Be Approved
Major soil replacement, extensive removal work, new edging, mulch installation, drainage correction, irrigation work, hauling, disposal, or other additional landscaping tasks are included only when specifically stated in the written estimate.
